As each item is made to order, our small business does not offer traditional returns or exchanges. We greatly appreciate your understanding. If you experience any issues with your order or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours and include photographs of any defects.We'll do our best to assist you!

Cancellations/Changes

 Should you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing it. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible as we begin processing orders immediately. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your package shows as shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

To ensure your order is delivered correctly, please verify your shipping information during checkout. If you spot an error, email us promptly for corrections! Once shipped, we cannot alter the address and are unable to provide refunds or free replacements for any incorrect deliveries due to customer-provided shipping information. Delayed/Lost Orders

While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are here to support you. If your order is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please check your mailbox and inquire with your neighbors. If the issue continues, please contact USPS to file a claim, and we will assist you with any information you may need.
